Friday 13th September 2024, at aroundf 5:30am neighbours alerted police after hearing shots. Police attended a flat in Leabank, a block of flats in March farm, Luton. Three bodies were discovered. One police patrol on route noticed a youg man walking down Bramingham road, and thought he looked suspicious, he was detained, this turned out to be Nicholas Prosper, who had left the flat and was on route with a gun to his old Primary School, St Josephs in nearby Gardinia Avenue. He had the shotgun and 30 cartridges, he intended to become a famous school shooting case.
Monday 16th September 2024, Prosper appears at Luton Magistrates Court, charged with three counts of murder, and firearms offences.
October 2024, at Bedford Coroner's Court an inquest into the three deaths heard Ms Prosper, Kyle and Giselle had all been shot in the head.
Tuesday 28th January 2025, Nicholas Prosper appeared at Luton Crown Court by video link from prison, HMP Peterborough, and spoke only to confirm his name.

Monday 24th February 2025, at Luton Crown court, proper pleaded guilty to three counts of murder. As well as admitting to the killings, he also pleaded guilty to purchasing or acquiring a shotgun without a certificate, possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and possessing an article with a blade or point.
The judge ordered for psychiatric reports be done before sentencing.
Tuesday 18th March 2025, Prosper is sentenced, for life with a minimum term of 49-years for the murders of his mum, Juliana Falcon, and teenage siblings Kyle and Giselle Prosper, at the tower block flat in Marsh Farm in Luton.
Proper will be eligible for parole in 2074 when he will be 69-years-old.
